The State PAGE STAR Banquet is proudly sponsored by the Professional Association of Georgia Educators and the PAGE Foundation. The STAR program is widely recognized as one of the most respected academic honors in Georgia, celebrating outstanding high school seniors and the teachers they have chosen as the most influential in their academic journey.

The continued success of the Student Teacher Achievement Recognition program is made possible through the strong support of businesses and civic organizations throughout the state, as well as the dedication of high school counselors, principals, and superintendents who champion academic excellence in their communities.

During the state banquet, Regional Winners are interviewed, and the State PAGE STAR Student and Teacher are announced. All Local STAR Students in attendance are formally recognized and presented with a commemorative memento to mark this special occasion.
